Das Debüt Album Fermate, im Jahr 2018 über stf records veröffentlicht, ist ein Gesamtkunstwerk aus deutscher Dichtung, russischer avantgarde-kunst und amerikanischer antistream Produktion.
Das ist der Soundtrack zum kulturellen Bankrott einer ihrer Natur nach permakulturellen Welt.
Hierfür nutzen ANDERES HOLZ bewusst ein aufs Wesentliche reduziertes Instrumentarium – Bass, Drums und Waldzither. Sie ist das nahezu vergessene, im 2. Weltkrieg geächtete Instrument der Wandervogel Bewegung, eine Greisin von 100 Jahren, gerettet in die Gegenwart. Durch dutzende Modulationseffekte geschossen, entstehen durch die Waldzither Chöre von hypnotischer Schönheit und Dissonanz. Dazu leistet sich das progressive Folk Rock Trio avantgardistische Sound- und Showeskapaden, erzählt kleine Epen von Aussätzigen und singt Hymnen für die ewig Hoffnungsvollen.
Visionär produziert vom amerikanischen Produzenten Matt Korr. Das konzeptionelle Artwork kommt aus Kasachstan von Anton Semenov.
